Caden Avery spent 14 years working exterior contracting jobs across Northern California before founding Jewell Exteriors in 2021. He saw firsthand how the industry rewarded speed over craftsmanship — crews rushing through roofing and siding jobs, homeowners left with paint that faded within a year, and contractors who disappeared the moment a warranty issue came up.
Jewell Exteriors was built to be the opposite of that experience. Caden assembled a team of skilled tradespeople who take the same pride in a re-roof as they would in their own home, and built a company culture around transparency, communication, and doing the job right the first time.
Today, that vision has grown into a 26-person team serving Sacramento and its surrounding communities, with more than 600 completed projects and a 98% five-star review rate. But the mission hasn't changed: bring premium-quality exterior work to homeowners and property owners who expect more than the average contractor delivers.
